Sympathy

Sympathy, I can't stand it. Whether it's for me or someone else it is truly a pointless feeling. If you feel bad for someone don't look down on them, try and help.
Is that bitterness you see?
Yes. I was at Macbeth auditions, now I was not after a main part perticularly, purely because I'm not suited for Lady Macbeth, and I know it, and you can see it. Much like I see it with others. Only when a friend is given this role out of pure "sympathy" do I become annoyed. To get a GCSE in drama she needs to be part of two productions (she can't take it as an option, I am), when she tells this to our casting director he gives her the part. On.The.Spot.
If acting was that easy, if life was that easy, we'd all be millionaire celebrities! Yes I'm jealous, and yes I am annoyed. Mainly because now I must act along side her, (I am Ross), and she can't act to save her life. Sorry, I'm being bitter again, but it's a cut throat world out there right?

Me, I'm pretty normal, average, ordinary. But I'll tell you a secret, all good things come to those who wait, and trust me, I will be great. I'm happy to put up with the dreary lull of every day life, for now. I know there's no point complaining, it would just hold you back. I will make my way through, do what must be done, when really, underneath I'm living a double life. I'm going to be star. Yeah, yeah, you've heard it all before. But me, I know what I need to, and I know how. I just need to give it a little time, and I thought you might enjoy the ride. To see life from anothers perspective.
